1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of the public BL TECHNO website and its public information, product tours, demo-request forms, resource previews, contact forms and agent or partner application pages.

Paid School Management Platform subscriptions, implementation services, payment services, partner appointments and other contracted services are governed by their own approved commercial agreements in addition to any applicable website terms.

2. Informational website

Product descriptions, screenshots, illustrative mockups, plan positioning and regional examples are provided to explain the platform. Final functionality, plan entitlements, pricing, payment availability, implementation scope and contractual commitments are those stated in an approved order, proposal or customer agreement.

Illustrative product mockups and demo data are not production customer records and should not be treated as a guarantee that every interface or feature will remain visually identical.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, probe protected systems without permission, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse public forms, scrape protected information or use BL TECHNO intellectual property in a misleading way.

Public login selectors do not grant access. Authentication, authorisation and permissions are handled by the protected application.

4. Accounts and protected services

Access to school, teacher, student, driver or partner workspaces requires appropriate authorisation. A user may only use the role, school, centre and functions that have been granted to that user.

Global Administration is a privileged environment and is intentionally separate from ordinary public and school-user access.

5. Intellectual property

The BL TECHNO name, logo, website design, product interfaces, documentation, software, workflows and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the public website for its intended purpose.

Third-party trademarks, content and services remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Partner applications

Submitting an agent or partner application does not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, territory right, exclusivity right, commission entitlement or authority to represent BL TECHNO. Any appointment requires separate approval and agreed terms.

7. Availability and changes

BL TECHNO may change the public website, product descriptions, documentation and preview experiences as the platform develops. Maintenance, security work or external service dependencies can affect availability.

Any contractual service level, support commitment or implementation date must come from an approved customer or partner agreement rather than from general website copy.

8. Third-party services

Some BL TECHNO capabilities may depend on third-party hosting, communications, payment, mapping or other services. Their availability and terms may vary by country and configuration.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The public website is provided for general product and business information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no statement on the public website creates a warranty beyond an express written customer agreement.

Final limitation-of-liability language must be reviewed against the governing law and contracting entity before launch.

10. Governing law and contact

The final governing law, jurisdiction, contracting entity and formal notice details must be inserted after legal review. Until then, the Contact page is the public route for website enquiries.
